The scientific monograph MODERN INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS: Theoretical foundations, methods and problems of institutional recognition of truth, is dedicated to the study of one of the most complex and dynamic areas covered by security sciences. In circumstances when the world we live in, due to global upheavals on the West-East relation, is changing dramatically before our eyes, decision-makers in sovereign states at the strategic level need accurate, timely, verified and usable information, in order to make decisions and carry out tasks in the best possible way.
In the scientific monograph, divided into six chapters, the authors elaborated on some of the most significant theories that correspond to the subject of their research, and explained theories of social networks, spatial models of politics, theories of deterrence, spiral theories of violence, etc. and attempted to theoretically deepen the issues of the field of intelligence analysis, aimed at providing research (methodological, epistemological) guidelines to younger researchers in the field of security studies, intelligence studies and specifically intelligence analysis studies, and others, to point out pitfalls to practitioners, especially in the part that deals with contemporary challenges, risks and threats.
