ПОЛИТИКА ЕУ ПРЕМА ИСТОЧНОМ И ЈУЖНОМ МЕДИТЕРАНУ

Сажетак

Процена Заједничке спољне и безбедносне полити­ке (CFSP) Европске Уније је од посебног значаја за државе кандидате за чланство у ЕУ То је од суштинске важности за разумевање функционисања ЕУ и анализу њеног утицаja у међународним односима. Србија као земља кандидат за пуноправно чланство у ЕУ мора ускладити своју спољну и безбедносну политику са политиком Уније. Имајући ово на уму аутор разматра европску медитеранску и блискоисточну политику такође као области у којима he свака држава кандидат морати да усклади своју политику. У ту сврху он представља недавно ангажовање ЕУ у овом региону и у том погледу изучава њену тренутну стратегију и политику. Анализа Заједничке спољне и безбедносне политике Европ­ске Уније показује суштинске недостатке у смислу неусклађености и нефункционалности у области источног и јужног Медитерана.
