ДУАЛНИ АНАЛИТИЧКИ ОКВИР ЗА КЛАСИФИКАЦИЈУ ТЕОРИЈСКИХ ПЕРСПЕКТИВА У СОЦИЈАЛНОЈ ПОЛИТИЦИ

Сажетак

Предмет рада јесу доминантне теоријске перспективе у социјалној политици и могућности њихове систематизације кроз дуални аналитички оквир заснован на разликовању две комплементарне аналитичке димензије: обликовања социјалне политике и њених функција. Циљ рада је развој и примена дуалног аналитичког оквира за класификацију теоријских перспектива у социјалној политици, као и анализа њихових интерпретативних могућности и ограничења у објашњавању обликовања социјалне политике и њених функција. Рад је заснован на теоријско аналитичком и компаративном приступу релевантној литератури из области социјалне политике и политичких наука. Избор теоријских перспектива заснован је на њиховој заступљености и теоријском утицају у релевантној литератури, као и на њиховој аналитичкој релевантности за проучавање социјалне политике. Резултати показују да предложени оквир омогућава систематичнију класификацију теоријских перспектива према њиховом доминантном аналитичком усмерењу, уз уважавање могућности њиховог преплитања у обе димензије. Компаративна анализа потврђује да анализиране перспективе имају различита аналитичка полазишта, интерпретативне домете и ограничења, али да њихова комплементарност омогућава потпуније разумевање социјалне политике. Рад указује и на могућност примене дуалног оквира на савремене трансформације социјалне политике, укључујући дигитализацију, алгоритамско одлучивање и вештачку интелигенцију. Закључује се да дуални аналитички оквир представља користан инструмент за систематизацију и компаративно проучавање теоријских перспектива, док теоријски плурализам представља важан услов даљег развоја социјалне политике као научне дисциплине.
