ДЕВЕТНАЕСТИ ПАКЕТ РЕСТРИКТИВНИХ МЕРА ЕУ ПРОТИВ РУСИЈЕ – СА ПОСЕБНИМ ОСВРТОМ НА ЗАБРАНУ УВОЗА ГАСА

Сажетак

Избијањем ратног конфликта у Украјини у фебруару 2022. године, Европска унија је отпочела масовну примену рестриктивних мера против Русије. Циљ ових мера је био економски притисак на Москву и слабљење њених војних капацитета, уз истовремено пружање подршке кијевском режиму у одбрани територијалног интегритета и суверенитета. Усвајање 19. пакета рестриктивних мера у октобру 2025. године, означава кључну прекретницу у правном и политичком контексту украјинске кризе. Предмет рада јесте детаљна правна анализа поменутог пакета санкција, којим је по први пут од почетка сукоба, озбиљније обухваћен руски енергетски сектор кроз рестрикције забране увоза руског течног гаса у ЕУ. Посебна пажња посвећена је контроверзама које су изазвали накнадно донети прописи о потпуној забрани увоза свих облика гаса, што овом сету санкција даје специфичан карактер. Циљ овог рада је да прикаже обим и садржину 19. пакета санкција ЕУ, као и да кроз анализу једностраних енергетских рестрикција укаже на потенцијалне дугорочне импликације које ће уследити у предстојећим годинама.
