СПОЉНА И БЕЗБЕДНОСНА ПОЛИТИКА ЕУ У СВЕТЛУ СОЦИЈАЛНОГ КОНСТРУКТИВИЗМА

Сажетак

Аутор у овом чланку разматра допринос социјалног кон­структивизма објашњењу развоја спољне и безбедносне полити­ке ЕУ Шта је то што социјални конструктивизам чини погодним за истраживање процеса европске интеграције? Конструктивизам сматра да европска интеграција, као процес, има «трансформативни» утицај на европски систем и њене конститутивне елементе. Процес европске интеграције се мењао током година, и самим тим и идентитети држава чланица који су променили њихове инте­ресе. Конструктивизам подвлачи значај ове промене, који је остао «невидљив» у приступима који занемарују процесе формирања идентитета и који сматрају да интересе држава строго одређује структура међународног система. Ипак, чини се да овај приступ није довољно искоришћен у проучавању спољне и безбедносне по­литике ЕУ. Чланак је подељен у три дела. У првом, аутор се бави основним одликама конструктивизма као приступа у међународним односима. У другом делу биће разматрано конструктивистичко објашњење развоја спољне и безбедносне политике ЕУ. Коначно, у трећем делу, аутор ће настојати да укаже на неке слабости социјалног конструктивизма у објашњењу развоја спољне и безбедносне политике.
