Сажетак

Примарна истраживачка интенција овога рада су идеациони и бихевиорални феномени који карактеришу процес формулисања стратешке агенде ЕУ. У првом делу рада, аутори анализирају теоретске про­блеме у дефинисању концепта стратешке културе као проблеме односа стратешке културе и понашања политичких ентитета in genere. У другом делу рада, аутори као важне стратешке квалитетe ЕУ идентификује: инклинирање ка мирном разрешавању конфликата и профилактичку употребу проактивних мера зарад иницијалног спречавања конфликата, мултилатерализам и поштовање владавине међународног пра­ва, слабљење супрематије НАТО у сфери европске безбедносне и одбрамбене сарадње и употребу оружаних снага као последњег средства у кризним ситуацијама.
