ТРКА СА ВРЕМЕНОМ: ОДНОС БИОЛОШКОГ ОРУЖЈА И МЕЂУНАРОДНЕ БЕЗБЕДНОСТИ

Сажетак

Актуелна глобална динамика развоја технологија повезаних са биолошким оружјем омогућава и да мале државе и не-државни актери досегну капацитете за масовно уништење. Иако је опасност од употребе биолошког оружја истраживачки регистрована, уочљив је недостатак ваљане теоретске матрице у свеобухватном процењивању њених стратешких аспеката и укупног системског утицаја на међународну безбедност. У том контексту постављени аналитички оквир резултоваће: јаснијим позиционирањем офанзивних и дефанзивних карактеристика биолошког оружја, оценом објективног стања и перспектива контроле његовог развоја и производње, те, пропорционално, доприноса биолошког оружја повећању изгледа за ратове, кризе или трку у наоружавању.
