RAZUMEVANJE NASILJA PREMA ŽENAMA ZLOUPOTREBOM DECE

Sažetak

Tekst fokusira pažnju na složeni fenomen nasilja prema ženama zloupotrebom ili zlostavljanjem dece, čiji rizik od pojave raste u periodu razdvajanja i razvoda partnera, uključujući i period postrazvodnog roditeljstva. Prikazani su ključni nalazi istraživanja o povezanosti nasilja prema ženama i zlostavljanja dece, uključujući i istraživanja u našem kontekstu. Navedene su ključne posledice nasilja u partnerskom odnosu za decu i za roditeljstvo, s posebnim naglaskom na period razdvajanja i razvoda, kao i na poveravanje dece i održavanje ličnih odnosa sa roditeljem kojem deca nisu poverena. Ove situacije uvećavaju bezbednosne rizike za žene i za decu, ali nisu praćene odgovarajućim institucionalnim reakcijama – stručnim procenama, sudskim odlukama, merama i uslugama centra za socijalni rad. Složenost problema, fragmentarni pristup u konceptualizaciji ključnih femomena, njihova međusobna protivrečnost, ali i sistemske rodne pristrasnosti, uz nedostatak znanja i resursa, navode se kao uzrok problema koje imaju stručnjaci. To zahteva nove konceptualizacije roditeljstva u kontekstu nasilja u partnerskom odnosu, povezivanje problema sa rodnim ulogama, jasno imenovanje muškog nasilja prema ženama i primarno usmerenje intervencija na bezbednost i podršku ženama, kao uslov za zaštitu dece, što je u skladu i sa ciljevima koji su proklamovani u Srbiji.
