POLOŽAJ RADNIKA U DOBA NEOLIBERALNE GLOBALIZACIJE

Sažetak

U ovom radu analizirane su različite posledice procesa globalizacije zasiovanog na modelu neoliberalnog ka­pitalizma, a posebna pažnja je posvećena položaju radnika, smanjenju radničkih prava i izazovima pred kojima ce danas nalazi radnički pokret. Globalizacija je interpre­tirana kao kompleksna pojava koja ce temelji na prihavatanju neoliberalnog političko-ekonomskog modela, a u odnosu na to pitanje položaja radnika je tretirano kao samo jedan od aspekata koji je neraskidivo povezan za problemima kao što su stepen nezaposlenosti, životni standard, ljudska prava, globalne integracije i sl. U cilju ispitivanja različitih aspekata postojećeg političko-ekonomskog i društvenog sistema pokušalo ce doći do zaključka u kojoj meri je tendencija ka generisanju i umnožavanju neravnopravnosti i siromaštva inherentno prisutna u kapitalističkom sistemu kao takvom, a koliko ove pojave postaju još izraženije sa dominacijom neoliberalizma na globalnom nivou. Empirijski podaci koji su razmatrani u radu, kao i zaključci brojnih teoretičara, ukazuju na činjenicu da je položaj radnika u savremenom svetu sve nesigurniji, da dolazi do cve ubrzanijeg društvenog raslojavanja i koncentrisanja bogatstva u rukama malog broja ljudi, i da ovaj porast nejednakosti na svetskom nivou može dovesti u pitanje stabilnost, održivost i moralnu opravdanost postojećeg sistema.
