ПОБУНЕ НА ГЛОБАЛНОЈ ПЕРИФЕРИЈИ КАО ТЕМПОРАЛНА СУСПЕНЗИЈА НЕОЛИБЕРАЛНОГ ПОРЕТКА

Сажетак

Рад анализира феномен побуна на глобалној периферији као насилне догађаје који нарушавају просторну логику и епистемичку извесност планетарног демократског мира и доводе до темпоралне суспензије неолибералног поретка. Аутор настоји да докаже претпоставку да је у раном 21. веку императив делотворне контроле над неуправљивим зонама глобалне периферије у суштинској колизији са инструменталношћу рата узетог у виду војног интервенционизма. Теоријско полазиште анализе смештено је у подручју критичке теорије међународних односа и критичких студија рата, а посебно у становишту да рат проистиче из и уједно репродукује динамику односа хијерархије и потчињености на глобалном нивоу, јер је измештен ван цивилизацијских граница Запада и усмерен на регулисање неуправљивих планетарних зона. Анализа се усредсређује на подршку локалног становништва побуњеничким снагама, криминалном предузетништву као извору финансирања побуне, порозне границе између улога цивила и борца, технолошке и тактичке стране побуњеничких акција, те ефикасности тих акција као пет показатеља на којима се проверава теза о својству бесконачности побуна на глобалној периферији као реметилачком чиниоцу делотворности политике њиховог сузбијања. Аутор закључује да несврсисходност сузбијања бесконачних побуна на глобалној периферији драстично умањује употребну вредност рата као средства империјалне спољне политике, тачније инструменталност казнених експедиција у контексту очувања неолибералног континуума производње и светске трговине.
