МЕЂУНАРОДНИ ОДНОСИ И ГЛОБАЛНИ ЕКОНОМСКИ ТРЕНДОВИ
НОВЕ ПОЛИТИЧКО–ЕКОНОМСКЕ ИНИЦИЈАТИВЕ НАРОДНЕ РЕПУБЛИКЕ КИНЕ И СЈЕДИЊЕНИХ АМЕРИЧКИХ ДРЖАВА У ЦЕНТРАЛНОЈ АЗИЈИ: ДИПЛОМАТСКЕ ПЛАТФОРМЕ „КИНА+5” И „Ц5+1”
Сажетак
Рад се бави новим дипломатским платформама за сарадњу Народне Републике Кине и Сједињених Америчких Држава са централноазијским регионом у формату „5+1”. Ова два формата сарадње сагледавају се у контексту унутаррегионалних промена у политичкој структури Централне Азије, пре свега промена у вези са транзицијом власти у централноазијским републикама и покретања консултативних састанака лидера држава Централне Азије са циљем унапређења регионалног повезивања. За аналитички оквир узимамо ону групу литературе која на међународне односе и процесе у овом региону гледа кроз призму Енглеске школе међународних односа, посебно се ослањајући на концепт „међународног друштва”. Полазимо од тврдње да и саме државе Централне Азије имају значајан утицај на процесе у политичко-економској структури региона исто како га имају и велики геополитички играчи. Циљ рада је да, узимајући у обзир регионални спољнополитички контекст и промене у њему, а преко дипломатских платформи „Кина+5” и „Ц5+1”, ослика део нове геополитичке динамике у региону. Закључује се да НР Кина преко ове дипломатске платформе у своје односе са регионом уводи и политичку компоненту сарадње уз нови приступ региону као интегралној целини, док САД настоје да оживљавањем дипломатске платформе „Ц5+1” остваре интеграцију Авганистана у регион, као и да Централној Азији пруже противтежу кинеском и руском утицају и ојачају своју позицију у региону.
