ULOGA NEFORMALNIH AKTERA U PROCESU KREIRANJA JAVNIH POLITIKA U EU

Sažetak

Predmet ovog rada predstavlja analiza uloge koju imaju neformalni akteri u procesu kreiranja evropskih javnih politika kao i različitih oblika u kojima se lobiranje u Briselu ispoljava. Iako su interesne organizacije najvažniji neformalni akteri u procesu kreiranja evropskih politika, ne treba zaboraviti ni građane koji kroz različite oblike političke participacije učestvuju u formulisanju javnih politika. Cilj rada je da se na osnovu analize mogućnosti uticaja neformalnih aktera,  kao i kroz analizu različitih strategija lobiranja, pruži objašnjenje o značaju neformalnih aktera za nastanak evropskih javnih politika. Prvi deo rada  posvećen je interesnim organizacijama kao neformalnim akterima. U drugom delu rada, predstavlja se uloga građana kao neformalnih aktera dok se poslednji deo bavi analizom načina i vrsta lobiranja koje se primenjuje prema institucijama Unije.
