СОЦИЈАЛИЗАЦИЈА И ЕВРОПЕИЗАЦИЈА У ОКВИРУ ЕУ: СЛУЧАЈ ПОЛИТИЧКО-БЕЗБЕДНОСНОГ КОМИТЕТА И ВОЈНОГ КОМИТЕТА ЕУ

Сажетак

У овом раду, аутор полази од становишта да социјализација представља користан аналитички оквир за објашњење деловања држава чланица у оквиру два међувладина комитета (Политичко-безбедносни комитет, Војни коми­тет ЕУ), који чине окосницу институционалног оквира безбедносне политике ЕУ. Сматрајући да понашање држава чланица у наведеним комитетима може бити објашњено кроз призму логике прикладности, а не са становишта рационалног избора и логике последица, аутор ће у раду настојати да покаже да je интеракција између држава чланица у оквиру ових комитета довела до процеса социјализације, и самим тим условила и европеизацију. У том циљу, рад ће би­ти подељен у два дела. У првом делу, аутор се бави концептуалним изазовима везаним за појам социјализације. У дру­гом делу рада, аутор анализира деловање држава у оквиру два поменута међувладина комитета безбедносне политике ЕУ. Долази се до закључка да je, упркос међувладиној логи­ци, која доминирау процесу одлучивања у оквиру безбедносне политике ЕУ, интеракција између држава чланица у окви­ру ових комитета довела до процеса социјализације. Аутор закључује, међутим, да се исход социјализације реализује у виду адаптације, када се актери, кроз процес учења улоге, понашају «прикладно» и «пребацују» своје понашање ca свесног стратегијског калкулисања на свесно играње улоге. Овај вид социјализације још увек не доводи до интернализације, тј. прихватања «здраво за готово» норми институције којој актери припадају, што би довело до промене њихових интереса и идентитета.
