RUSKO-KINESKA SARADNJA U VOJNO-BEZBEDNOSNIM PITANjIMA I ENERGETICI POSLE UKRAJINSKE KRIZE

Sažetak

Saradnja Ruske Federacije i Narodne Republike Kine se razvijala nakon Hladnog rata, ali jedna drugoj nisu bile u spoljnopolitičkom fokusu. Ukrajinska kriza 2014. menja ovu situaciju. Kao posledica drastičnog pogoršanja odnosa sa SAD i Evropskom unijom, Rusija se okreće znatno intenzivnijoj saradnji sa Kinom. Ona se posebno ispoljava u dve oblasti: vojno-bezbednosnim pitanjima i energetici. Dve države su realizovale nekoliko izuzetno važnih ugovora o kupoprodaji oružja i vojnih tehnologija. Zajedničke vojne vežbe su češće i izvode se na provokativnijim lokacijama. Dodatno, Kina postaje sve veći potrošač nafte i gasa, a Rusija se pozicionirala kao jedan od primarnih izvoznika ovih resursa u Kinu. Kineske kompanije imaju udeo u nekoliko značajnih ruskih energentskih projekata, a kineske banke su bile spremne da daju značajne zajmove za njihovu realizaciju. Budući da će se zaoštravanje odnosa Moskve i Pekinga sa zapadnim državama nastaviti, saradnja Rusije i Kine u ovim oblastima će se dalje razvijati. Ipak, ne treba očekivati stvaranje zvaničnog rusko-kineskog saveza.
