РУСКО-КИНЕСКА САРАДЊА У ВОЈНО-БЕЗБЕДНОСНИМ ПИТАЊИМА И ЕНЕРГЕТИЦИ ПОСЛЕ УКРАЈИНСКЕ КРИЗЕ

Сажетак

Сарадња Руске Федерације и Народне Републике Кине се развијала након Хладног рата, али једна другој нису биле у спољнополитичком фокусу. Украјинска криза 2014. мења ову ситуацију. Као последица драстичног погоршања односа са САД и Европском унијом, Русија се окреће знатно интензивнијој сарадњи са Кином. Она се посебно испољава у две области: војно-безбедносним питањима и енергетици. Две државе су реализовале неколико изузетно важних уговора о купопродаји оружја и војних технологија. Заједничке војне вежбе су чешће и изводе се на провокативнијим локацијама. Додатно, Кина постаје све већи потрошач нафте и гаса, а Русија се позиционирала као један од примарних извозника ових ресурса у Кину. Кинеске компаније имају удео у неколико значајних руских енергентских пројеката, а кинеске банке су биле спремне да дају значајне зајмове за њихову реализацију. Будући да ће се заоштравање односа Москве и Пекинга са западним државама наставити, сарадња Русије и Кине у овим областима ће се даље развијати. Ипак, не треба очекивати стварање званичног руско-кинеског савеза.
