ОСОБИНЕ ЛИЧНОСТИ И СТИЛОВИ УПРАВЉАЊА

Сажетак

Ранија истраживања су показала да постоје слабе до умерене везе између готово свих особина личности лидера и њихових стилова управљања. Циљ овог рада је био да се ови налази провере уз коришћење домаћих инструмената за мерење ова два конструкта. На узорку од 249 руководилаца са свих нивоа управљања у склопу процеса екстерног организационог саветовања у две организације примењена су два инструмента: 1) ХЕДОНЦА који мери пет фактора из модела Великих 5 (eмоционалну стабилност (Н), екстраверзију (Е), отвореност (О), добродушност (А), савесност (Ц), и црту поштења (Х) из модела Великих 6, те црту интегрисаности (Д); 2 Tест лидерских стилова – ТТЛ тест који мери три базична лидерска стила – Трансформациони стил – ТС (харизма, инспирација, интелектуална стимулација, развој потенцијала), Трансакциони стил – ТА (контингентно награђивање и кажњавање), те Лесе-фер стил ЛФ (делегирање). Резултати су анализирани на два начина: каноничком корелационом анализом (КК) и дискриминационом анализом (КДФ). Обе анализе су дале интерпретативно сличне резултате. Испитаници са доминантно трансакционим стилом управљања су стабилнији, савеснији, екстравертнији и интегрисанији. Трансформациони лидери су добродушнији, поштенији и отворенији за искуство. Резултати су у складу са ранијим налазима и теоријским очекивањима. Основни недостатак рада је то што је истраживање обухватало само две организације, па организациона култура може имати јак утицај на резултате. У складу са тим, у будућим истраживањима је потребно укључити различите организације са различитом организационом културом.
