Сажетак

Ово истраживање разматра међународну заштиту интелектуалне својине. Анализа указује на развијеност прописа на међународном плану и даје пресек важнијих уговора у овој сфери. Презентовани су инструменти од Париске конвенције доСпоразума о трговинским аспектима права интелектуалне својине ТРИПС. Дошло се до закључивања да треба ближе дефинисати основне појмове интелектуалне својине и права над њом.
