MOGUĆNOST PROUČAVANJA RAZVIJENOSTI OPŠTINA ZEMALJA U TRANZICIJI PRIMENOM MULTIVARIJACIONE ANALIZE

Sažetak

U radu se razmatraju socioekonomska situacija i razvoj opština u Federaciji BiH. U obzir su uzeti odgovarajući socioekonomski pokazatelji u koje spadaju prosečna neto plata stanovnika, pokrivenost uvoza izvozom, udeo aktivnog u ukupnom stanovništvu, udeo stanovnika sa visokim i višim obrazovanjem kod nezaposlenog stanovništva, izvoz po glavi stanovnika i pokrivenost stanovništva zdravstvenim osobljem. Kao osnovni pokazatelj razvijenosti opština uzet je indeks razvijenosti opština izveden na bazi nekoliko promenljivih (stepen nezaposlenosti, stepen zaposlenosti, udeo učenika u stanovništvu, BDP i indeks odsutnosti stanovništva). Da bi se utvrdilo koji od navednih relevantnih promenljivih u najvećoj meri objašnjavaju vrednost ovog indeksa korišćen je metod diskriminacione analize. Izvršena je klasifikacija opština prema stepenu razvijenosti. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na heterogenost opština Federacije BiH u pogledu razvijenosti.
