Sažetak

Rad se bavi analizom informisanja javnosti, delovanjem propagande, PR i medijske politike kao bitnih elemenata međunarodne politike i odnosa. U tom smislu, izdvajamo pojam medijske politike kao skupa svih navedenih elemenata. Ona predstavlja kontinuirano medijsko delovanje na određene demografske grupacije. Sastoji se od utvrđivanja generalnih i komunikoloških ciljeva, njihove realizacije putem medijskih kampanja i akcija, preko određenih medija, zarad postizanja proklamovanih ciljeva. Mediji, oglašavanje, odnosi sa javnošću i propaganda mogu biti (i po određenim pitanjima često i jesu) veoma bitan element koji utiče na različite segmente ljudskog ponašanja i shvatanja određenih pojmova i pojava. Stoga, medijska politika predstavlja element najviše sfere geopolitičkih kretanja i kao takva počinje sve više da utiče na civilizacijske tokove.
