KRITERIJUMSKA VALJANOST NAJČEŠĆE PRIMENJIVANIH TEHNIKA U PROFESIONALNOJ SELEKCIJI – KOLIKO SELEKCIONE TEHNIKE PREDVIĐAJU USPEH NA POSLU

Sažetak

U ovom radu su opisani i prikazani osnovni nacrti kriterijumske valjanosti tehnika u profesionalnoj selekciji. Nakon toga, prikazani su neki od ključnih rezultata svetskih istraživanja o prediktivnoj snazi, konkretno, testova kognitivnih sposobnosti, testova ličnosti, intervjua i centara za procenu. Rezultati govore u prilog tome da je inteligencija, na prvom mestu opšta mentalna sposobnost, najbolji prediktor uspeha na poslu, zatim centri za procenu, dok je intervju najslabiji prediktor, pogotovo ukoliko nije struktuiran i standardizovan. Na kraju rada su date smernice o tome kada i na koji način bi trebalo koristiti ove tehnike u svrhe selekcije, bazirane na njihovim prednostima i nedostacima.
