GLOBALNI DŽIHADIZAM – TEORIJSKA POLAZIŠTA SUPROTSTAVLJANЈA PRETNJI

Sažetak

Džihadizam kao ideološki i politički pokret predstavlja globalnu pretnju za međunarodni svetski poredak i demokratske vrednosti savremenog društva. Upravo zbog svoje bliskosti sa Islamizmom i Islamskim fundamentalizmom, nerazumevanja zapadnog, prevashodno hrišćanskog i sekularizovanog društva, pogrešne i nesmotrene politike velikih sila u regionu Bliskog Istoka i Severne Afrike, džihadizam je nošen talasom globalizacije poprimio neslućene razmere. Zamrznuti sukobi na prostoru Bliskog istoka i Afrike, dugotrajna politička i društvena tranzicija, loše ekonomske reforme i varvarska privatizacija potpomognuta korupcijom i organizovanim kriminalom, proizveli su velika društveno-ekonomska raslojavanja i nedostatak predvidive društvene perspektive posebno za manjinske i ugrožene društvene grupe. Time su stvoreni povoljni preduslovi za regrutaciju i mobilizaciju nezadovoljnih i razočaranih pojedinaca od strane islamskih džihadista. U radu će se razmatrati teorijska polazišta koncepta za suprotstavljanje globalnom džihadizmu, koji podrazumeva sveobuhvatno i dugoročno angažovanje države i društva u borbi protiv ove globalne pretnje.
