DECENTRIRANJE SHVATANJA LEVICE I POGLED NA LEVICU U SRBIJI KROZ LATINOAMERIČKU PRIZMU

Sažetak

Autor je pažnju usmerio na specifične aspekte neočekivano velikog uspeha levičarskih političkih snaga u Latinskoj Americi na kraju 20. i tokom prve dve decenije 21. veka, kao i na originalne uvide dve angažovane naučne kritike fokusirane na promišljanje stanja Latinske Amerike i njenog mesta u globalizovanom svetu, koji bi mogli da budu iskorišćeni u sklopu preko potrebnog odgovora na duboku i dugotrajnu krizu levice u Srbiji. Latinoamerička iskustva, kao i načini kako su promišljana, posebno su značajna za zemlje Balkana, koji je liminalni prostor i u fizičkom smislu. U tom konetsktu, dat je pregled relevantnih polazišta i pristupa političkoj borbi lidera i pokreta paradigmatičnih za uspeh „ružičaste plime“, koja je levicu dovela na vlast u 14 latinoameričkih država, uključujući najveće i ekonomski najsnažnije zemlje regiona. U radu su istaknuti izabrani instruktivni rezultati dekolonijalne i subalternističke kritike, kojima do sada nije poklanjana značajnija pažnja u Srbiji i drugim zemljama regiona preokupiranog „evropeizacijom“ i članstvom u Evropskoj uniji, kao očekivanoj panacei za brojne razvojne i društvene probleme. Navedeni su neki od razloga zašto su latinoameričke lekcije korisne za levicu u Srbiji, ali i zašto danas nije realno očekivati da bi one ovde mogli da budu uvažene. Autor zaključuje da latinoamerička iskustva i kritički uvidi subalternističke i dekolonijalne škole mišljenja ukazuju da bi levica u Srbiji trebala da se oslobodi robovanja kako elitističkom, nenarodnom samorazumevanju tako i zapodnocentričnim, samo prividno univerzalnim shvatanjima i preskripcijama. To uključuje i potrebu da, uvažavajući uspešne iberoameričke metode političke borbe, dosledno i bez kompleksa inkorporira različite, partikularne i istinski inkluzivne strategije oslonjene na narod i subalterne slojeve, kao i kontekstualno osvešćene modalitete delovanja, razvijene na osnovu lokalnih iskustava i specifičnog mesta svake nacije-dražave u savremenim, sve sofisticiranijim i netransparentnijim, globalnim mehanizmima neokolonijalnog potčinjavanja i desubjektivizacije.
