ANALIZA ZADOVOLJSTVA KOMUNIKACIJOM I ORGANIZACIONE POSVEĆENOSTI ZAPOSLENIH

Sažetak

Ovaj rad istražuje da li postoji veza između zadovoljstva komunikacijom i organizacione posvećenosti zaposlenih. Motiv istraživanja bila je želja da se utvrdi da li postoji opravdanost pretpostavke da se povećanjem zadovoljstva komunikacijom kod zaposlenih povećava njihova posvećenost organizaciji. Istraživanje je zasnovano na studijama koje su analizirale povezanost zadovoljstva komunikacijom i organizacione posvećenosti zaposlenih, koje su sproveli Federiko Varon (1996. godine) i Tomas Ng Ng i saradnici (2006. godine). Osnovni razlog zašto je važno znati odgovor na ovo istraživačko pitanje predstavlja dokazivanje uloge koju zadovoljstvo komunikacijom ima u procesu stvaranja i intenziviranja organizacione posvećenosti zaposlenih, a samim tim u kreiranju uspešne organizacije (njene „organizacione kulture“) i njene konkurentske prednosti.
Istraživanje se temelji na odgovorima prikupljenim standardizovanim i strukturiranim anketnim upitnikom na uzorku od 105 ispitanika, tokom drugog polugodišta školske 2018/2019. godine. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni zaposleni u osnovnoj školi „Vuk Karadžić” iz Knjaževca, srednjoj „Tehničkoj školi” iz Knjaževca i srednjoj „Ekonomskoj školi” iz Niša.
Za statističku analizu prikupljenih podataka na nivou deskriptivne statistike korišćene su mere centralne tendencije (medijana) i mere varijabiliteta (standardna devijacija). Od neparametrijskih testova za procenu zavisnosti između varijabli korišćen je Spirmanov koeficijent korelacije.
