УНАПРЕЂЕЊЕ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЈА МЕНАЏЕРА У СВЕТЛУ РАЗВОЈА ЉУДСКИХ И ДРУШТВЕНИХ РЕСУРСА

Abstract

In this paper the author discusses the issue of improving the
competencies of managers in order to improve human and
social resources. In this context, the development of human
capital is of great importance for the development of both the
public and the private sector. Social resources are also social
target groups for testing human resources development, and in
terms of improving business competencies. The improvement
of business competencies of employees should certainly be
further developed, and the organizations themselves as a
social resource of a certain sector of society, as well as society
in general. In the case of research on the improvement of the
competencies of the students of the Faculty of Security, it has
proved necessary for the perspective of their employment that
the concepts of human and social resources are regarded as
a dynamic, theoretical and practical whole. One that actually
has a feed – back of the whole, or the interdependence of
conceptual and practical solutions based on the principle of
feedback.
